Menu items include south Louisiana classics such as red beans and rice, jambalaya, gumbo, crawfish etouffee, creole and others. Our food is not overly spicy as is true of good Cajun cuisine, The few "spicy" items are clearly marked on the menu.

CRAWFISH BOILS are usually held here from late spring through early summer. We do not boil crawfish in the off season or winter or if we cannot get quality product. Market prices apply.. We will post times and dates on this website, our Facebook page and on Twitter.

We use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Although a simple cuisine, it is labor intensive. Many items are made in-house including our Andouille and Tasso. Many items are available for purchase in our store.

GLUTEN: Although we have gluten free dishes on the menu, we are not a gluten free kitchen. Also, some dishes contain nuts. Those allergic to seafood should not order fried items. Our staff will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

The kitchen will also be more than happy to talk to you about all aspects of south Louisiana cuisine and hopefully answer your questions or dispel any myths or preconceptions you may have or have heard.

We are proud to serve slow food. Please relax, enjoy the surroundings and allow us time to prepare your order just for you.

Our menu changes seasonally, is subject to change and is based on the availability the best ingredients we can find. We thought you would want it that way...

We reserve the right to change, modify, alter, adapt, adjust, correct, customize, convert, doctor, mutate, recast, redo, refashion, reform, remodel, repair, reshape, revise, reorganize or transfigure the menu and any and all items at any time without notice.
